MemoryOS collects AI conversation content that you explicitly choose to capture using our browser extension. We collect authentication information (via Clerk) to identify your account. We do not collect any data without your explicit action.
Captured conversations are stored securely and used only to provide the MemoryOS service — extracting decisions, tasks, summaries, and enabling context transfer between AI platforms. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Conversation data is stored in MongoDB Atlas and PostgreSQL (Neon). Semantic search vectors are stored in Qdrant Cloud. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. AI processing is done via Groq and Google Gemini APIs — only conversation text is sent for processing, no personal information.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
We use essential cookies for authentication only (via Clerk). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
